Talking to reporters, Kumar, as per news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), said that he has been visiting the Temple since his first posting to the district in 1999 as SDPO. “I feel solace here. Today, I sought blessings for myself and for the people of J&K. Devotees from J&K and rest of the country come here,” he said.
